The minimum order for pickup and delivery is $60. This ensures we can provide the best possible service including complimentary pickup and delivery to your door.
How long do alterations take?
Most standard alterations are completed within 5-7 business days. Complex alterations such as wedding dresses or extensive suit modifications may take longer. We'll provide an estimated timeline when we pick up your garments.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, we offer rush service for an additional fee. Please call us to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
What if I only need a small alteration? Do I still pay the minimum?
Yes, the $60 minimum applies to all pickup and delivery orders. However, you can combine multiple items in a single order to make the most of the minimum. Many customers find it convenient to have several items altered at once.
